At Velour Garments, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your premium essentials aren't exactly what you expected, we offer a 30-day return window. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all garment tags intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the provided packing slip.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
